Should come with "Note to Self" warnings for idiots and old men like me!

The seller processed and sent out the item in a satisfactory and timely manner and I haven't had an oppurtunity to get it wet yet so really can't speak to that. The problem I encountered was one of trying to get the line on the reel. It comes packaged loosely in a molded plastic container unlike monofilament line which normally is sold on a spool which facilitates ease in relining your reel greatly. As stated this is not the case with the fly line so although this is not a problem with the product as much as in it packaging.Prior to attempting to put the line on your fly reel I would recommend you take a minute or five and uncoil and lay the line out then either load your reel then or wrap it on a empty or partially full mono spool. If you don't pack a lunch and bring a book because that single length of line WILL tie it's self into more knots and knots that will defy duplication by even the oldest most knot knowledgeable ole salt or fisherman.Net result is a 20 minute job max now become something you maybe able to get a second retirement from'Oh as an after thought I would be remiss if I didn't at least mention that you have to keep in mind that this line has a front end (were the leader is attached) and trailing end which is tied to you reels backing line Don't confuse the two and wind your line on the spool bass ackwards. However, should you neglect to do this or improperly indentify which end is which don't worry because it's pretty self critiquing with your first attempt to cast.
