Refund policy

Wild Water Fly Fishing will accept all returns within 30 days of purchase.

To process a return for an item, please contact us. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number if you send an email or have it ready when you call. We will initiate the return in our system and send you a return shipping label by email. Please print out and attach the label to the outside of the package you are returning. Remember to include original packaging, invoice and packing slip in the return shipment.

 

Damaged During Shipment Procedure

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us. We will initiate a return in our system and send you a return shipping label by email. Please print out and attached this label to the outside of the package you are returning. Remember to include original packaging, invoice and packing slip in the return shipment.
