Our Deluxe Fly Fishing Combo, 7 ft 3/4 wt Rod, is perfect for freshwater fishing in streams and rivers. The 7 ft rod provides an excellent balance of length and flexibility, making it ideal for targeting trout and panfish in medium-sized streams.   • Fly Rod: 3/4 weight, 7', 4 Piece, medium-fast action IM8 matte black graphite fly rod. Has machined black aluminum reel seat and laser etched butt cap, 7” long, Western style cork handle with compressed cork accent rings, stainless steel stripper guide with silicon carbide rings, stainless single foot guides and tip top. Each section is 22 ½ ” long.
  • Rod Case: 26 1/4” hard tube rod case with, reel pouch and side storage pouch with zipper. The case will hold rod, reel, fly box and all the accessories. Case has a carry strap and hang ring.
  • Rod Bag: 4-section cloth rod bag with ties. Fly rod is placed in the bag before storing in the tube for the best protection.
  • Fly Reel: 75mm diameter spool, die cast aluminum, adjustable disc drag. Comes preinstalled with chartreuse, WF3-F, weight forward 3, floating fly line, 20# orange backing and 7.5’ 5X tapered monofilament leader. All Wild Water fly reels are easily changed from left to right hand retrieve. Reel will come in left hand retrieve unless right hand is requested.
  • Fly Box: Waterproof, Floating, 5.25" x 3.5" x 1.25", custom box design, custom foam design, holds up to 372 flies.

All fly fishing kits are not created equal. There are a lot of packages being sold by new, overseas sellers looking to make a quick buck that have never even cast a fly rod or seen a trout. The newcomers with anonymous brands can only copy what we have created. 



The copy is never as good as the original! Wild Water has been offering the best package for the money since 2006. Unlike some cheap, generic packages found online, Wild Water has selected and tested each component in our starter packages to make sure you get only the best. 

Yes! We actually use our own rods. Wild Water doesn’t put components in our kits that you don’t need just to make it seem like you are getting a good deal. In most cases we redesigned components of the kit to make it work better than the competition.



The only other USA companies that do the same level of design and testing are going to charge you over $200 for a similar product. Every Wild Water package arrives at your door ready-to-fish. All you need to do is put the rod together, attach the reel, thread the line and tie on a fly.

Great small stream size

We bought two of these for small stream fishing and they performed extremely well in close confined cover. The line is adequate for the rod and reel size and the accessories are an added bonus. Very pleased!
